DELIVERY

 We offer a furniture delivery and assembly service for selected furniture purchases (without taxes), as follows:

 Within Miami city limits:

 Free delivery on purchases over US $ _____________

 · Shipping costs for purchases (taxes included) below this amount are $53.00.

 Outside Miami city limits, see collection protocols:

 · Free delivery on purchases over $2000.00

 · Shipping costs for purchases (taxes included) below this amount are $100.00

 

ASSEMBLY EXPENSES

 We offer free assembly services for select furniture purchases.

 All our beds will have a setup fee of $53.00

 Due to building regulations, we are unable to hang any lighting or mount any products to the wall.

 

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

 Delivery slots will only be confirmed once full payment has been received or funds have cleared when paying by check.

 Delivery slots can only be reserved once a complete delivery address has been received.

 Deliveries will only be made within the country of the store.

 When booking delivery, you must inform us of any restrictions on the delivery address.

 If we are unable to deliver due to: a) restrictions or reasons beyond our control; b) receive a request for cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time; c) no one is home at the time our equipment arrives - a $200.00 reshipment fee will be charged within Miami city limits or $300.00 outside Miami city limits

 If you change your mind about products already delivered to you within the exchange and refund period, we will charge a fee of $350.00

 We do not collect or dispose of old or unwanted furniture.

 

STORAGE

 We offer a free 30-day storage facility for purchased products, after which a storage charge of $35.00 per day or $250 per week will apply. Storage charges must be paid in full at the store of purchase before we release the products for delivery.

 

 RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

 At El Dollar Furniture, we try to be as flexible as possible if you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. That is why we give you 14 days from the date of delivery to return it to us (in its original packaging -not applicable to furniture- and with your original invoice) and we will gladly exchange it or give you your money back.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery or that is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or has parts missing for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

 Unfortunately, shipping and assembly costs are not refundable and some products, ART AND DECORATION without their original packaging may not be accepted for return. Of course, if any product has a manufacturing defect, we will promptly fix or exchange it or give you a refund.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
