5 – ELECTRONIC COMMERCE
Our store is based on the In situ store platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through El Dollar Furniture data storage, databases and the El Dollar Furniture network. We store your data on a secure server behind a technical support back up.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, or apply with any of our Financial Companies, Dollar Furniture will store the data of your financial institution or payment method with your due authorization and knowledge. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (Easy payment / PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by Easy Payment PCI-DSS managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

11 - AMERICAN FIRST FINANCE
All lay-away are subject to availability at time of last payment received, or due date. In case of items going out of stock a store credit will be issued (no refund). Refunds or cancellation on lay-away are not allowed. 20% restocking free will be charge to all refund. Damage must be reported inmediately during receiving the goods. Once client is notified the goods is ready, it has 7 days to receive it or client must to pay $10 per day. In case of financing the goods, clients must to do an initial deposit. It will be refunden after sales are completed. In case of cancellation, deposit will not be refunds.
